Passport and Express Entry name mismatch - ITA Received

Hi folks,

I have received my ITA in this draw. However in the 'Given Name' field, my passport has my name along with my father's name, however while creating EE profile, I only wrote my name. Can this be changed since I have already got an ITA or should I decline my ITA, edit the name and re-enter the pool? Will it create any discrepancy or issue during the processing of application?

Given Name in Passport: ABC DEF
Name in EE profile: ABC

is the field editable in the PR application? if not you need to decline and reenter the pool.

In PR application as in should I continue my application? There are two options, continue application and decline ITA. If I comtinue application, will I be able to decline the ITA later?

You should be able to edit your name. Look for field called "modify family information." It should be in the toolbar above the ITA personal/work/etc info section.

If I do this, and mention it as a genuine mistake in my LoE, will it create any issue? Since the information before and after ITA is different?
