Today I received an e-mail entitled ready for visa. There is a point saying "please submit one photocopy of the photo page and any pages containing amendments of the passport for you."
There are two pages in my passport for amendments but both of them are blank. Should I also send them to the Canadian Embassy for the sake of clarity or only the photo page?
"Any page containing amendments" means to submit it if there have been amendments. You say there haven't been, so I don't see a need to submit. However, submitting blank pages would not be an issue in my opinion.
