Passport about to Expire still waiting for CSQ

Now my passport about to expire in 5 months and I am still waiting to for CSQ should I renew passport or wait for few months and then do it do the include passport number in CSQ ?

I did not find passport no. on my CSQ so I am guessing MIDI does not care. You should go ahead with Passport renewal and submit new passport details with Federal application.
