Passoport not despatched ,help me

applied on 20th nov through VFS chd and got refusal on27th nov but in status its showing that file is being processed at visa office canada ,new delhi. but my passport is not despatched till now. what should i do now .pls hlp me guys

I don't get it.... how's that possible to apply on 20 nov and got refusal on 7 nov and how do you know that you got refusal.. I think you made a mistake in typing ... Clear it

Did you get any email regarding refusal reasons

yes i have received email regarding refusal on 27th. I called high commssion and they said visa officer has your passport so you have to wait and if inwant to reapply then i can do the same through online mode.
