Passed processing time?

From UAE, applied on 29th of October, received 3 ghost updates and now I'm still waiting. Processing time says 5 weeks and 6 weeks have already passed. Should I worry?

timeline:
-July 30 Bio metrics
-October 29 Applied
-October 30 Received confirmation

And that is it. Only received ghost updates and nothing yet?

I mean your education background and ielts cuz apparently even the vo’s care about that especially if you are an adult with a degree and work experience.

I'm 17 and going straight to university from high school. Got a 97% average in my senior year (12th grade), and my IELTS is: 8 overall, 8.5 listening, speaking, and reading, 6.5 writing.

Also, I think you might get response this week cuz you got a ghost update. From what I’ve read, ghost updates mean that someone is looking into your case - actively.

The problem is I got the ghost updates 2 weeks ago, not recently.

This is the second time I'm applying. First time I got rejected because of "immigration status." I really hope and pray I get accepted soon :/

I am waiting too. You know what’s weird. I got a ghost update, the day after I submitted my application and then another one few days later.

It’s my second time applying too, but the first time I got no ghost updates.

Was it the same case with you regarding the ghost update situation?

Yup. First time I ever applied, no ghost updates at all. Second time, got a ghost update a couple of days after I applied, then a week later, then two weeks later. Now, my application is just radio silent.

how did you reapply? Did you write a strong sop and explain your immigration status and all that stuff?

First time, my SOP was very week. Second time, I wrote a very strong SOP, showed a lot more money in bank account, and I also showed my family's land deeds of properties in my home country to show the VO that I am serious about leaving after I am done with my studies.

That’s really good and with the way you’re describing things, it’s very likely they will approve your application this time. If you get a decision, do tell since we are in a similar situation.
