Passed my medical, what next?

Hello. I applied for restoration of study permit and got approved on the 1st of April, 2020, pending the completion of my medical examination, ordered by immigration services. Due to the COVID-19 situation, I was not able to complete the exam in the required 30 days time frame. I was sent a temporary study permit that expires on the 30th of September, 2020. This was to give me more time to complete the medical exams. I completed these exams on the17th of August. I got a message saying I passed the exam on the 21st of August. I'm currently still in Canada and I'm wondering what the next step is for the extension of the study permit. Do I need to re-apply for another extension? Or, will I be sent another permit with an extended expiration date? Thank you for your time.
