Passed Medical (Upfront), How Long Before Final Decision?

Hello everyone.

I submitted my application (with upfront medical) on the 9th of May at VFS Bangladesh and the file reached Singapore on the 14th of May. I got an update on my GCKey account. It says that I passed the medical exam. Also, the status of "Review of Eligibility" changed to "reviewing....". Also, BG Check says "processing..."

I want to know how long it takes, in general, to get a decision after passing the medical, and whether the statuses above are any good news.

How to do Medical in advance ( upfront) . Pl mention is there any checklist .
