I want little clarification, ie while some one is "in process" means that his pre assessment ensuring that he qualifies the set pass mark of 67 is over (and most probably it is done at the CIO stage) and our file is sent to the respective VO, where mainly the verification of supporting docs is being done. Thus it will barely happen that at VO, your application is turned down saying that you don't meet the set pass mark of 67. Please do correct me if i have said something wrong !
What do mean by incorrectly given points at CIO, bcz at CIO the points are awarded mainly based upon the docs you have submitted alongwith app without having undergone through any kind of verification. Now if at VO any of my doc aginst which CIO has given me points proves to be fake or does not come up to VO's expectations, he will simply minus those points, thats my understanding...do correct me if i go wrong. Actually i am trying to understand once we qualify the CIO stage in terms of total pass mark, VO will just verify the docs and endorse those pass marks based upon its verification , is it like that

CIO has made final determination of eligibility and has forwarded it to VO for further processing wherein VO will again check your application and make a final selection decision and proceed to admissibility(A34 to A42).
