part-time work experience to full-time work experience based on CIC FSWP rules

Hi Guys,

I am not sure i will get 22 points or 21 points based on following summary results from ECA.

I have completed BSC in Microbiology and Post Graduate Diploma In Medical Lab Technology from India.

1) WES (I have sent this report with my application)

CANADIAN EQUIVALENCY SUMMARY
Bachelor's degree (three years)


2)ICAS (Recently i received this report)

Summary
The credentials provided represent a level of education in Canada comparable to :
Bachelor's Degree (Three Years)
Post-Bachelor's Diploma


I am not sure what will be my education points.

Please can you shear your experience.

Can you help me to convert part-time work experience to full-time work experience based on CIC FSWP rules.
I am not sure how to calculate my work experience ?
Following are my work experience from two company.

Company 1
Monday 21 June 2010 To Sunday 4 September 2011 (It is 441 days from the start date to the end date, (27.5hr/week))
Days Weeks No of Hours Part time
441 63 63 x 27.5 = 1732.50

Company 2
Monday 5 September 2011 To Wednesday 25 April 2012 (It is 234 days from the start date to the end date, (20hr/week))
Days Weeks No of Hours Part time
234 33.43 33.43 x 20 = 668.57

Total Part-Time Hours =2401.07

37.5 hrs are equivalent to one week
so 1800 hrs are equivalent to one year
so you earn 1.33 years

I like this explanation, this is my 1st time to know that they compute
in length of hrs you work.
Now I could claim big points in work experience
