One of my friend got problem.
He is working at Sobey's. He is doing part time job with full time hours. That means he is working more than 32 hours but still position is part time.
His manager is willing to give him full time job offer letter. Manager said because job offer is for future so it will work. Will that work for him?
I am concerned as well. my situation is I have a job offer from BMO as CSR they guarantee me 30 hours at least and I don't know if 30 hours or more is full time. so I want to apply for SINP and don't know if I will get in trouble. Can you share your thought, your experience.
The issue here is that most employers do this things so that they wont give benefits. When applying under PNP, you would need to submit a letter of employment that states that your job is full time and hours. Full time hours is from 30hrs/week. If your employer is willing to give you an employment letter that states you are full-time and tis your hours, then you are good to go. If I were you, I would speak with my employer about it. Moreover, in-order to apply under PNP, his job has to be related to what he studied in school. This applies to the BMO individual as-well. Depending on the NOC code guys, you might have to do the English test.
