You will be able to get a minimum wages job in Toronto. If you have connects, its easy otherwise you may need to apply and wait until you find the right employer. Too much competition in Toronto. Anyway, all the best.

You will easily get a job within 10-13$ if its a legal job. Legal job in the sense of its under ur 20hrs/week time if u want to work more than 20hrs/week it is considered as illegal job and normally people like to do it as a cash job. Cash job depends upon the employer. Some are getting even an 8$/hr too. But the minimum wage is 11$
