Good day
Is this correct?
I worked on average 36 weeks(9 months) a year, which is 15 hours a week which gives you 540 hours per year.
A full time worker works 1560 a year, therefore 540 x 3 =1620 hours which will mean that 3 years of my experience would corelate to just over 1 year full time.

Based on CIC instructions and calculations of full time VS part time, I believe you are correct.
Your total of 1620 hours part-time over 3 years, equals to one year full-time.

My immagration company keeps telling me it must be continuous?
They say i can not claim any work experience as it part time and not 12/24month continuous.
Due to me working at several places over 7 years part time and none of them would be the length equaled to 12 months, they said it would not count?
They are really not great and i am considering doing this myself they have delayed us a year so i have no faith in them.

They are actually correct. If this experience was claimed outside Canada then it has to be countinuos. So I am sorry to say u r not eligible as per my understanding of the system.
May be seniors can shed better lite on it

Yes indeed. It has to be continuous! You didn't mention that in your first post...
In that case, from what I understand, on the contrary, immigration consultant gave you good advice. So maybe you should continue working with them.
That's how the system works.
@jaffaral is correct, it won't consider you as eligible as you don't yet satisfy work continuity requirement.
