I got my Bachelor's degree 5 years ago in University of Ottawa.
I have several semesters with only 1-2 courses, which are shown on my official transcript.
I tried to select both "full-time" and "part-time" in the EE system to test if the score changes, but the score doesn't change.
Just wonder if part-time semesters will affect the final decision?

No.
It doesn't matter whether you studied part-time or full-time. It only matters that you successfully obtained your degree.
Part-time studies can be a problem for PGWP though. Not for PR application.

Thanks for clarification
