I just want to know about student visa rules for part time courses, U of A gives 1-3 years to complete the courses. the following points need clarification.
1) Chances of Student visa for certificate course
2) Student work permit
3) PGWP after completion of certificate
You have to be a full time student to qualify to work off campus and also to qualify for a PGWP. So no off campus work permit and no PGWP with part time studies.

1. IRCC will some times issue part time study permits (unlikely though) If it is issued, you are not eligible for on/off campus work, nor eligible for a PGWP.

Thanks for the reply, I shall look for full time course for one year in Occupational Health and Safety program which is my target course and related experience of 5 years.
Can you also guide me, if i take one year full-time course and i will get one year PGWP. What are the chances of getting job offer within one year of permit and as i also plan to apply for PR express entry , in case there is delay in Prov Nomination, i can apply for bridge visa.
I am confident of getting job as safety officer, as im working as HSE Manager. So please share your insights.
If your objective is to get PR, you should take a two year program so that you qualify for a three year PGWP. Generally speaking, it can be quite difficult to qualify for PR with just a one year PGWP.
