When can I apply express entry under CEC?

Right now you have just under 6.5 months of full-time work experience and about 4.5 months of (full-time equivalent) part-time work experience adding up to 11 months of experience. To be on the safe side of calculations, apply in the first week of November.

This presumes that all of your experience was in the same NOC 0/A/B.
