Parents with COPR who have landed recently March or April 2020 -Health Cards OHIP

Hi anyone who's parents travelled with COPR and landed recently did parents get OHIP Immediately? or has any one spoken to service Onatrio about any updates will parents get OHIP without 3 month waiting due to Covid 19

Also if any one's parents have booked flights from India specifically for May / June 2020 to enter Canada with valid COPR has anyone contacted cic via web form since there is current lockdown in India which may or may not open up in May for international flights.

If contacted CIC what was their reply please let know

Would assume there is a very high chance they will not be flying in May and perhaps not June. When covid cases go down the 3 month wait period will return for OHIP.
