No one can tell you the chances. How old is your sister? Is she working/studying?

First of all it depends on covid. If the restrictions still stand your parents will not qualify to visit. Your parents don’t have a great profile so it is really 50/50. They should apply without your sister to increase their chances of acceptance. She creates some toes for them although she is an adult. Unfortunately your sister’s chances are much lower. If your parents get approved your sister can apply and see if she is accepted.

Thank you for your valuable opinion

strategy would be to apply for ur mom and sister first and later on your father. your father owns property it will be very easy for him to get visa and when your mom and sister applies it will be easier for your mom to get visa because she will be coming back home to her husband and that makes a very strong tie. do not just rely on this forum go for a second opinion - consult a professional.

This is incorrect. The parents should apply first. Just because the father owns property doesn’t guarantee him a TRV or make him a strong candidate. The sister’s case is still not strong even if the mother and sister apply first. There is no need to pay a lawyer or a consultant if you follow the instructions. If you want to pay a consultant or lawyer you can but most do not for a TRV.

This is not about correct or incorrect.

I would suggest everyone apply the TRV together (since the father is sponsoring the trip). They can decide to hire professional or not.

Would encourage you to look at similar examples on this forum. A parent and a younger sibling without Strong ties or many assets is a very typical profile.
