parents visitor visa

Hello,

i am currently preparing documents for my parents for visitor visa Canada, i have pr, my father has agricultural income,

1)how can I show this is it considered business?
2)they were refused USA visa back on 2018, I have to mention that in my application, what exactly should is describe about the refusal?
