Hi I want to apply for my parents visitor visa but my parents do not have enough balance in their bank account. Can I mentioned in visitor visa application that my parents are financially dependent on me and I saw all my bank statements?
I work fulltime in here and permanent resident of Canada.
Thabk you

There is no exact amount. Can be a mixture of liquid savings and FD but they have to have a decent amount of liquid savings and must prove they can cover their own travel expenses based on their own earning power and can’t exhaust their liquid savings on a trip. Why would you not apply for a supervisa? Do you not qualify?
Supervisa length of time is determined by the visa officer like a TRV. 10 years is the maximum length but is never guaranteed. Supervisa depends on the income of the PR or citizen not the parents. The parent must get supervisa medical insurance and you must have made over a certain income in Canada to qualify.

I am planning to apply for my parents visitor visa together.
I am creating a new GCKey account for them. My question is - do they both need an account each? Or is there a way to link the 2 applications together?
Also, I started the application on gckey with the online questionnaire and IMM5257, but no where did it ask me about having a valid US visa. I thought that used to be one of the questions?
