Hi ,
my parents previously visited US on visitor visa .
Where can I update the travel history while applying for Canadian visitor visa
Depends on which portal that you’re gonna do the application:
1. CGKey: additional document
2. IRCC: there a question asking if the applicant has previous Canada and US visas, tick yes then the placeholder will appear after finising all the questions.

I am planning to upload via the new portal . Is it the ircc or cgkey?

IRCC is the new portal. There are questions on your travel history for the past 5 years. You have to include the month, year and purpose.
There's also a travel document section where you need to upload passport, visas, and any page with travel stamps.
In GC Key, there's a section called travel history when I applied last 2018. Not sure if it's still the same in 2022.
