Why not apply for a super visa next time? Then your funds and salary do count.
You should be able to do the math. Here's an idea: (Airfare + boarding/lodging + local transportation/car rental costs + food + entertainment) divided by number of months of intended stay.

People who’ve abused their visa conditions such as overstaying , staying for long periods, quasi living here , will have them cancelled before they get on an airplane to return to Canada .
