Hi everyone, I am PR here and my brother is on a study permit. I want to apply for my parents visitor visa.
1. Should I say I am the only one inviting parents? I am providing financial support for their trip.
2 What should I say as a reason for the visit? Can I say that I am missing them so they will visit for a month?
3. My father is a farmer, what documents should I use to show his property in India and he will go back after the visit?
Please suggest. Thanks a lot

1. Sure. You providing all support is a red flag unless you are applying for supervisa and meet LICO. They need to show money to support their visit.
2. Visit family
3 Not familiar but they need to show ties to home country and travel history. If a farmer, show reason to return - contracts, property ownership, client payments. Mother can show job letter with approved leave.
