Parents visitor visa application stuck for 11 months

Hi,

My parents applied for their visitor visas in February 2024. They submitted their biometrics in March, but there have been no updates.

The IRCC also requested my father's service records, which I provided as an additional document in March. I am attaching a copy of the GCMS notes from December (PDF edited to remove personal information). Can someone help me understand this?

Additionally, can I apply for their Super Visa while their visitor visa application is still being processed?

No idea. You said you removed personal information, so why did you typed notes 5 with your father's name? How much did your parents show in their visa application ? Did you show any of your parent's bank statements, etc.?

Oops! I didn't realize it was there. Can you please delete that post as well? Parents showed about 21000 CAD, yes bank statements were shown with that amount.

It's deleted from what I saw. Then all is good, unless something such as ties to home country is not enough.
