I would like to know is there any travel restrictions applied on my parents travel to Canada on super visa. ?
mine status is permanent resident ( pr card renewal application is submitted & citizenship grant is in process waiting for test since 2019 )
Can I book their Ticket ? As my pr card is expired

I believe they can travel, but do you want them to travel? Your parents have to do 3 day (may be less) hotel quarantine and then 14 day regular quarantine which can be quite stressful.
