Parents sponsorship stuck at back round and security check

Hi all
My parents sponsorship has been stuck at back round and security check since last March/2023 , I cannot checking status with my file or application number, anyone had any idea or any recommendation ? would be appreciate, Thanks

We have received a requested to do a police clearance number 2 again, and medical examination ( they're haven't requested for one since we applied for PR, we have done biometric and criminal and background check, taken over a year,) last 2.weeks ago, is this a good sounds that we will get a passport request after this step, please share your experience, thanks
