I submitted my application to sponsor my parents under the 2023 Parents & Grandparents Program.
I listed my father as the principal applicant and my mother as the accompanying dependent.
However, due to circumstances changes, my father may not come to Canada (not 100% sure).
Is there anyway that I can make the following two changes?
(1) Change the principal applicant to my mother
(2) Change my father to a dependent*
(*If I can make this change: should I list him as a non-accompanying dependent or accompanying dependent? As he is not 100% sure if he will be accompanying, what are the consequences of listing him as accompanying but he ends up not landing in Canada?)
