I am new here and I have two questions regarding my parent's application because I just received a letter from CIC requesting additional documents.
Application rec'd by CIC: Nov 1, 2010
Additional doc. requested: July 30, 2014
1. My document check list is missing step 4 to 7, but has double step 8 to 11. Should I call the call center and ask for the correct document checklist?
2. I believe I have to send the option C for both 2009 and 2010, but I didn't reach the LICO for year 2009. I am all good from 2010 till now except year 2009. Do you think CIC will reject my application? Should I also submit option C for 2011, 2012, and 2013 just in case?

You have to include everybody in the application including dependents of dependents because they are being sponsored as well.
If you are still not sure, call them..

Hi Everyone,
I'm in the process of filling in the requested docs and got confused a bit. :-\ Could you plz kindly answer my questions:
1) I'm the sponsor and helping my Mom to fill all the forms. Do i need to submit "Use of a Representative (IMM 5476)" form for myself?
2) I have translated and notorized copies of my Birth Certificate, my father's death certificate, etc dated Nov 2005; Is it ok to submit these copies or i need to do it again.
