Parents PR Card - asked for photos resubmission

Hi All,

My parents landed as PR in July 2022 and today we received a request to resubmit the photos for PR Card.
But my parents had to go back due to some medical urgency with my Sister.

Can my parents get the photos clicked again from India and send them via post? Will there be any issues?

Yes not a problem. As long as they follow the requirements For photos they can then send them to you in Canada and you can submit them.

Same issue here with my PR card. I did soft landing a weeks ago. Now CIC asking photo. How can i send those from india? Any legal issue in it?

Dont know but I am getting the pics couriered from India.
