My parents permanent residency application is being processed. They have been asked to submit their valid passport since their previous passport expired while processing. They have applied for new passports and we were told that it would take 1 year to obtain new passports in srilanka but were given 30 days final reminder (already explained the situation via we form and granted extensions twice) .what happens if we fails to submit the valid passport before the deadline? Thanks
