Parents not legally separated

I am sponsoring my mother. She is separated from my father but is not legally separated or divorced.

I am a single child as well.

Please let me know what options do I have.

I dont see a problem with that unless you want to sponsor your father in the future just do an notorized affidavit that your mother and father are living seperately now
