Parents Marriage Certificate

I am applying for my parents super-visa and they do not have a marriage certificate.

I have read on the forum an Affidavit can work if someone do not have marriage certificate.

IF someone have format for affidavit please email me samrakaran@hotmail.com

Or if there is any other alternative, please comment

You can send your birth certificate or your matric certificate on which their names are mentioned.

Hi there, I applied PR for my parents (2021) and I have provided affidavit along with explanation letter as they dont have marriage certificate. Their PR got approved in 2022 MARCH

been living together.
During those old days getting a marriage certificate was not that common so we never
got that. Applying for the marriage certificate after more than x years of marriage, it
might take more than 6 months. So, I have provided the supporting documents to prove
my marriage.
• Notary Marriage Affidavit - Government approved affidavit.
• My, [Name] Passport – Name of spouse is mentioned in this.
• My Wife’s Passport - Name of spouse is mentioned in this.
