1/ Number of application targeted to receive: 30,000
2/ Number of invitations to be sent out: More than 30,000 (to get enough 30,000 applications)
3/ When invitation being sent out? Starting 20 September, for 2 weeks (so ending on 2nd October 2021?)
4/ Who is eligible? Everyone who submitted in 2020 but did not get invitation
5/ Will there be any "Interest to Submit" form this year? No, only those who already submitted the form last year (Nov 2020), but were not selected, will be included in the pool for lucky draw
6/ What if I did not submit the form last year? You will need to wait for the next annoucement
7/ Years for Minimum Income assessment: 2020-2019-2018

I am a bit confused. If you can provide me little info. Is the new interest to sponsor form will be open?? And when? Or people like me who did fill the form in October 2020 but didn’t get selected will get the invitation, if got selected?? Please let me know?

There will be no interest form this year.

The 2021 draw will only be open to those who submitted an interest form for the 2020 draw and were not selected.

If you were in the 2020 draw and you weren't selected, then you are automatically in the 2021 draw and there is nothing you need to do (apart from waiting for the lottery and hoping you are picked).

Do you happen to know roughly how many "interest to sponsor" were submitted in Nov 2020? Previously years showing around 95K - 130K....

Does anyone know if that link is still working where we use to put our confirmation number (generated when sponsor interest form submitted) from PGP 2020 and it comes up with the status if you are invited or not ?

No, it is no longer available on the IRCC website. It used to be here

But I guess as they are moving to the next round, the link is removed
