When was your application received by cic?

Apr 29th they received it. I linked the application with my mom's already existing CIC on May 31st 2019 since I was able to see my eCAS status on May 29th 2019.

according to my communication with CIC you only need notary if its not in English and comes with a translation

Yes, I can see eCAS status as 'Application Received' and already linked my application in my CIC account.
But I didn't get the AOR yet.
I called CIC yesterday & asked from the customer agent why there's no AOR yet and got the response. She replied that if I can already link the account and if my application number starting with 'F' instead of 'X' (starting with X means temporary application number), then it means the application is in progress status. So after linking the application, it is not 100% sure that they will send the AOR. So no need to worry..

You should be able to see it soon!! Try with UCI if you have one!!

I haven't received AOR but I can see the status as of this morning. I am not able to link it yet though!

As far as I know, you need to use the PA's information to link the account. If you have a chance to look at the Google spreadsheet, the last sheet mentioned some tricks when linking account.
