I have received the same email from the same address. In couple of hours check My cic it will have the medical instructions form.

I did receive the medical instructions form but didn't receive anything for Pcc.
Please let me know if you receive the pcc request

Visa Issued today by Local VO in New Delhi.
Validity : 22 May 2019 ( 1 yr from the date of Medical )
My CIC account status :

Final decision : Your application was approved. Check your messages below for details.

The message indicates the Visa counterfoil numbers and status as valid.

Guys, when you uploaded additional documents into My CIC, did you electronically sign the application with your own, or your parent’s name?

There is no last date mentioned in the e-mail but i read following line.

• We are unable to issue a visa beyond the expiry date in your passport. Your passport must be valid for at least six months.

I think once " Ready for Visa " e-mail is received, IRCC will wait for passports for the lesser of passport expiry or 1 yr from Medical results. Once the applicant fails to send the passports before any one of above occurs, IRCC will either request a revised medical or instruct to submit new passports.

So your file was in NDVO or Ottawa and you only got the stamping in NDVO?

Anyone from NDVO know the solution to the email asking for medical without any attachments?

I received the same email last week for my in-laws and it didn't have any forms attached for doing medical. Now today when I log in to check MyCIC, it says,

"We are reviewing the results of your medical exam." , but my in-laws haven't done any medical yet.

I’m seeing the same update on my profile as well and I haven’t submitted the medical yet.
