I did not get the official letter as of now. But today I called the helpline & luckily got through. They told me that my SA was completed back in April and file has been moved to London VO. Can you please update the spread sheet (I PM'd you as well). Thanks.

They are also requsted to send IMM5562 form which i cant find online, its supplemenry travel form I guess.

*** I have a ques abt Pcc, is it ladt 6 months or from age 18?

Got Passport req. last night (to be sent to Ottawa office) but my parents are in India so emailed cic to change visa office to new delhi. Hope it doesnt delay the process.

You don't need to email to Ottawa. You can directly go to VFS in India and submit the passport along with 2 Photo and Email copy

The email specified the Ottawa passport submissions address. They also mentioned if you cant send it to that address email us back and let us know so we can send another ppr with visa office nearest to you. So did you not inform them and submitted it to NDVO on your own and it worked ?

Yes PPR email came from: "CPCO-FinalRequest / CTDO-DemandeFinale (CIC)" <IRCC.CPCO-FinalRequest-CTDO-DemandeFinale.IRCC@cic.gc.ca>

In PPR email they asked us to use VFS India.

My parents submitted passports at VFS India without any trouble.
