Hi someone please advise if I’m eligible for sponsoring Parents and Grandparents program 2020,
in 2018 , family size is 4 (myself, spouse, my mom and dad) together we satisfy the minimum income requirement ) however we both were working in USA and I moved to Canada end of that year and started working in Canada since September.
In 2019 and 2020 we both are working in Canada and together we are eligible to show the minimum requirement . Are we eligible to sponsor our parents even though we worked In USA ( however we both filed our taxes in Canada ) showing our global income since we both are permanent residents since 2018 September. Please advise
My spouse is the co signer . Do IRCC check if we together satisfy the minimum income requirement ? Or only check the primary applicants income alone .
