I have a question regarding parental sponsorship and i m researching to see if there is any other way. We are from Somalia and fled during the war in the 1990's, we didnt have any identity documents and could not go back to get any documents. My parents are in Kenya for the last 20 yrs and i started the sponsorship process in 2005. finally they asked for additional documents that we provided recently.....CHC has been asking for police clearance which my parents cannot obtain because my parents have no status in that country and they dont have any identification documents. We explained them twice the same thing.....has anybody seen any similar cases where an applicant was not able to provide the required police certificate and what was the result? I would appreciate any feedback.....Thank you
