I have a question from experts about parental leave
We immigrated on SINP 4 months ago and i started working in a company on 4 months probation period
my wife is going to deliver baby in this week. i have accumulated 600 insurable hours in my work but i am
still in probationary period. I want to take parental leave to that i can take care of my newborn and my wife
as there is no one else here to help us. yesterday i told my supervisor about parental leave and i have feelings
that he is going to terminate my employment before probation ends.
my question is, in this situation if i get fired, am i still be able to get Parental leaves?
