Hi,
I have a couple of questions regarding the parent super visa. I am applying for my mother's visa.

1. Do I need to buy a ticket at the time of application? Would it be one-way or return?
2. My mother is diabetic and hypertensive but controlled since last year and on medication. Do I need to declare those in the application or Insurance?
3. Any reasonable insurance options?
4. Normally, how long will it take to get a visa?
