I got this letter from CIC in which the following was mentioned
"The representative's contact information was provided for the Principal Applicant, however a completed and signed Use of a Representative form (IMM 5476) was not provided for the Sponsor, as your application appears to be making use of an immigration consultant or lawyer."
I had already submitted the Use of Representative form for the Principal Applicant which is my Dad, but are they now asking that I should as a Sponsor also submit the use of Representative form?
