Parent Sponsorship - Need help Ques- 14 on Generic Form

Friends - Looking for some advise from experts:
applying for parent sponsorship and filling form IMM-0008 : generic form for Canada.

Confusion :

1. My Dad is Widowed so In question 13 , He has marked Widowed. - Your current marital status.
2. On Question 14 : Have you previously been married or in a common-law relationship?
Should he fill his actual marriage date in From Date
and in To Date ; Expiry of his wife ?
and Type of relationship - Married ?

Any help will be appreciated.
