Do we required property valuation document for Parent/Grand Parent - Super Visa?
Can anyone send Letter of invitation to sponsor Parent/Grand Parent under Super Visa with effective reason to return back before expiration of super visa?
Any leads or efforts I would really appreciate it!
Hello fellows, I need your advice to bring my mother. I am a PR holder with four (04) members in my family. I want to bring my mother, who lives alone in my home country. To bring my mother, I am not able to earn $57,988 for 5 persons, which is required to meet the income requirements. My annual income is around $50,000. In this scenario, is there any way legally I can request or apply for a parent visitor visa? or any other visa? Please advise

Your mother can attempt to get a normal TRV and visit you in Canada but she will need to provide strong ties to her home country and that she has the funds to support her visit. Even if she gets approved for a supervisa it remains a visitor visa and remains a visitor visa not a way to move to Canada. If you eventually meet the supervisa income requirement will you also need to afford to pay for one year of supervisa insurance every year to cover emergency medical expenses which is often 1.5k+/yr which and the extra expenses associated with having another adult in Canada. On an income of 50k that will be very difficult.
