Parent Company (ABC) | Sister concern (XYZ) | Confused after PR submission

Hi,
I was working at an 'XYZ' company under the parent company ( 'ABC'). Received reference letter, appointment letter in the 'ABC' name, even salary credited under the parent company "ABC". In my eAPR, I've mentioned only about the parent company (ABC). Do I need to inform that I was employed with XYZ under the parent company through a webform about this? Please help!!

note: I do not have any document proof for sister concern (XYZ.)
