Parchment eTranscript to WES canada

My university in US uses Parchment platform for document delivery. For WES ECA evaluation the only electronic transcript delivery available during this covid situation. While the Parchment system does show WES as a recipient though the location I against it is of NY, US. I need documents to be delivered to WES Canada. Has anyone have used Parchment eTranscript before and remember how did you send the transcript? Would WES NY USA selection work?

Go to WES Canada site, sign up, and in the process, the steps will tell you which email address to send the transcript to. That worked for me.

Got it. Thanks dude. Meaning you did the manual entry for WES.

For me, I proceeded further with WES NY USA selection from the dropdown and in the process it asked the WES Reference no. Now I see WES status moved to Processing.

Just for reference if someone ends up on this thread with the same question, here is the reply I got from WES canada itself.

“Thank you for choosing World Education Services (WES).

If your documents are sent electronically to WES US, they will be automatically be associated to your account once your reference number is included.”

I am also facing the same scenario. My University shows only WES NY, but what I understand from above comments is that I can go ahead with WES NY, since it will be attached to my WES Canada account (with reference number).
Please correct me if I am wrong. Thanks in Advance.

Yes correct. Select whatever WES shows up in your search. Along the line while completing the order it should ask you the WES reference no. Using this WES will map the doc to your canada profile.

Hello, I am in the same boat, my university in Maryland uses parchment, however I only see an option of sending the "transcript to an Email" and parchment does not show any option to choose WES anywhere, I have also signed up on WES Canada and created my profile but I did not see any WES email address to send transcript through Parchment. Could you please elaborate on this step. Help Appreciated!!
