Parallel Application while EE application through CEC is Active

Hello,

Can I apply another PR application through Manitoba PNP while my PR application through EE-CEC is active? I have applied through express entry on Jan.4, 2019 but they didnot clear my medical yet. They put me in background check. I am worried because my PNP will be expired on April 26th, 2019.

I really appreciate your suggestions or any experience about this situation.

Thank you again for your help. I have got passport request email.

I applied paper based PR application-through PNP while my EE-CEC in active. Now, CIC emailed me to send passport to Ottawa while they didnot update my MYCIC account. It is still in process.

So, In this case, do I have to withdraw my paper based PR-PNP application before sending passport to Ottawa?

I am looking forward for your reply.

After sending passport to CPC-Ottawa, they have approved my EE-CEC application in my online account.

When should I submit the Case Specific Enquiry for withdrawing my paper-based (PNP) application before or after landing?
