You have to provide documentary evidence of 2 things
1) Your aunt's status in Canada - her PR card or her Canadian passport/citizenship papers
2) Your aunt's relationship to you - you need long copies of birth certificates proving who your parents were and how they relate to your aunt
The officer will have to be convinced of both of these in order to allocate the 5 points in adaptability
Based on the information and refusals I've seen on this forum, you will also need to provide proof that your aunt actually lives in Canada. This proof could be: credit card bills, utility bills, taxes, etc.
