Paper application link to online account probs

I applied paper based application on 22th june ... today i linked my application online cic account , it linked , but when i check the status it shows nothing , no data availble in the table .. this status always shows ,, plzz helppp

Actully i have UCI number already ,, thats why my paper aplication easily linked with online account ... if ur trying to linking then put all info same as which you fill in application forms .. then try

But I don't have UCI number,if u don't mind could u tell me how u get this UCI number.
