Are there hidden scores when it comes to calculating IELTS results to CLB? :' (I scored a minimum of band 7 in my IELTS Exams (W=6.5, L=7.0, R=7.0, S=7.0) according to my understanding, my grades falls at CLB 7. And according to my understanding I'm well above the minimum requirements required for FSW consideration. However, when I check my eligibility using the "Come to Canada" tool, it turns out I'm not eligible. I can't understand why because I have a 2 year ECA report from WES, this is my fourth year working in my field NOC 3112 and I'm in my mid 20's. I thought my writing was the problem so I created an imaginary assessment using the "Come to Canada" tool with IELTS grades of 7 in all categories. Still not eligible . Im totally confused. Please Help

From what I can see, your problem is that you're not getting the 67 points on the FSW scale.
Apart from satisfying the minimum EE requirements, you also have to satisfy the requirements of either FST, FSW or CEC. FST is not applicable to you, you need to have a year of Canadian experience to be eligible for CEC, so what's left is FSW.
Check out FSW requirements here:

Wooooh!!! You've nailed it guys. I need a CLB of 9 and above that means a score of 7.5 in all abilities and that would give me an overall of 68 points. Damn this IELTS. I did the calculations like two years ago before I had my education assessed and I was well above 67. I have a 3 year diploma program back at home but it was equated to 2 years in Canada by WES. That's where my points disappeared at . Damn it. I have no option but to retake the ILETS again. Thanks guys. How can I rate you? You've been of great help.
