Post Baccalaureate Diploma in university of canada is equals to Bachelor degree?... i mean to ask as easy CHC issue visa to graduate programs or for masters.. it is also equvalant to bachelor degree...and i have done BCOM after its 2 years Post Baccalaureate Diploma than i will be eligible to apply in master....It is fine or i should go to other degree course?

There is no exact criteria for visa issuance , in order to get visa you should have

Good Academic back ground and Profile + Good Finances + Home ties + Proposed course should be from your field and it should be of higher level than your previous studies............
It's your choice to go for PGD or Master's but after two year bachelor it is difficult to get admission in Master directly........

Then it is difficult to get into masters either you have to enroll in bachelor again OR PGD but confirm it from the university.........

Then do it as they said, you cant predict CHC for issuing visa , but in Pakistan for college students they are too strict.........
