If you apply online idt you can upload it as there wasnt an option for me. However they did ask for my travel history over the past 5 years which is mostly europe and east asia. I had to fill in the months and year i was in each country.

They did ask for travel history since you have turned 18. Police certificate is a requirement for Pakistanis and for each country you have lived for more than 6 months.
I have attached mine with medical results and have mentioned in my SOP.

Your travel history has nothing to do with not requiring a police certificate. You should have submitted it. However, some students actually don't submit and still get their processing done normally so as long as they don't ask for it, you should be fine.
